The short version
DramaVibe is a vertical drama streaming app. Our series run 60-100 episodes at 60-90 seconds an episode. Every series opens with three free episodes. New drama drops every single day.
We launched in early 2026 because we thought the drama shorts category deserved an app that didn't feel like a Chinese ad network from 2018. Clean player. Generous free tier. Curated catalog. That's the whole thesis.
Who makes DramaVibe
DramaVibe is built by the team at Nextdio — a small studio based out of Istanbul and Berlin that builds consumer mobile apps people actually like using.
We're a product company, not a streaming conglomerate. There are fewer than twenty of us. We read every support email ourselves. If something in the app feels off, it's probably because one of us hasn't gotten to it yet — write us and we will.
Our mission
Drama shorts are the most exciting new format in entertainment since the hour-long streaming drama. They're not TV, not TikTok, not soap operas — they're something new, borrowed from all three. We're here to make that format feel as polished as the best of modern mobile experiences.
That means:
- No tricks in the free tier. First three episodes of every series, no login required, no "watch an ad first" gates.
- No ads in the player. Rewarded ads exist as an option to earn extra coins, never as an interruption.
- A catalog we curate. Every series that lands in DramaVibe has cleared an internal bar for writing, production, and pacing.
- Fair subscription pricing. Plus is the cheapest in the category for binge-watchers.
How we make money
Three ways:
- Coin purchases — viewers who want to binge a series in one sitting buy coin packs to skip the daily-grind path
- Plus subscriptions — weekly and yearly tiers with unlimited unlocks and zero ads
- Rewarded ads — viewers optionally watch ads to earn coins; we share revenue with the ad network
No selling viewer data. No obnoxious interstitials. If we can't make the business work without those tactics, we deserve to lose to someone better.
What's next
We're expanding the catalog, launching a web player later in 2026, and experimenting with AI-assisted dubbing for international markets. If you have a series idea, a production team, or just want to tell us what you wish DramaVibe did differently — support@dramavibe.com is a real inbox.
